This warranty shall be available to any Customer who
purchases a MyNetcom equipment from Netcom’s
offices or through a Netcom Retail Outlet.
A. MyNetcom Components
For the purpose of this warranty,
equipment where used shall mean Netcom’s MyNetcom
Mobile Unit and will include either of the following;
P1D and PC Card

Duration of Warranty
This warranty shall be for a period
of 3 months from the date of purchase.
C. Delivery of Equipment
and risk of loss
i. The Customer shall be responsible
for the cost of freighting or return of the equipment
to Netcom office.
ii. The risk of loss or damage to the equipment shall
be for the account of the Customer until delivered
to Netcom offices.
D. Warranty Obligation
i. Netcom’s obligation under
this warranty shall be for repairs or replacements
of the defective equipment.
ii. Warranty will only cover defaults, manufacturing
or quality problems of the equipment. Any damage linked
to external factors such as bad handling and manipulation
of the equipment, improper use of the equipment, storage,
abuse or misuse, use of the equipment in conjunction
with another product which is electronically or mechanically
incompatible or of an inferior quality, in case of
fire, explosion, power failure or any act of nature
shall not be covered under this warranty.
iii. This warranty shall not apply to tubes, fuses,
batteries, buttons or bulbs.
E. Warranty Claim Procedure
i. To claim for warranty the purchase
receipt of the MyNetcom equipment is required.
ii. Warranty is not transferable.
